Eggs

Eggs consumption has been increasing over the years. It contains all the essential amino acids, and therefore a source of high quality protein. Eggs are also an excellent source of minerals (except calcium) and vitamins (except vitamin C). Raw and under-cooked eggs are prone to salmonella. Hence, EAT YOUR EGGS COOKED!! 

For a high quality/ healthy egg, the yolk tend to be round. As the size of air cell increases over time, indicating less freshness, there’s more air and less moisture in the eggs. It will be then less dense than water, causing it to float! 🥚
